Duties
Help
* Serves as the Executive Administrator for the Commander and, as such, as a liaison between the Commander's office and subordinate organizations regarding all administrative management functions
* Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs
* Lead for all administrative processes
* Handles all protocol duties for the Group working directly with the 96 Test Wing
* Prepares executive correspondence and reviews staff documents for the Group Commander's signature
* Establishes procedures for execution of command decisions and ensures headquarters policies and are staffed, documented, and implemented
* Represents the Commander in interaction with other agencies of all levels

Qualifications

GENERAL
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have at least 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the GS-04 level or equivalent in other pay systems. General experience demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work.
NOTE:
Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
OR
EDUCATION:
Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
