We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Job Overview:As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with the preparation and organization of documents and files
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update databases and records
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
