About the Role:

We are continually seeking organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support our teams across various departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly dependable, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Assist with event planning, internal communications, and project coordination
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires as needed
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, Slack, or project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to team success
