Role Description
This is a part-time (eventually becoming full-time) hybrid role based in Summerlin, with the flexibility to complete some tasks remotely. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives and and their families to help out with a combination of business and personal activities. Responsibilities include everything from researching and ordering swag, coordinating calendars and schedules, along with meetings and appointments, handling sensitive correspondence, managing travel arrangements, and performing a wide range of other assistance.
You will play a pivotal role in making life better for executives and their families.
Qualifications
- Relentlessly cheerful with a "can do" attitude
- Self-motivated, can get things done and make things happen without a lot of oversight.
- Spontaneous, ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and priorities
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with maintaining accurate records, organizing files, etc
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personal matters
- Previous experience supporting executives or high-level professionals is a plus
