Job DescriptionPCI is seeking an experienced Receptionist for its Las Vegas 558 administration operations based in Las Vegas, NV. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answering incoming calls, greeting guests at the door, monitoring Voicemail
- Branch support/back up on various administrative tasks
- Electronically filing documents
- Branch Maintenance (Permits, Licenses, Repairs, Printers)
- Swag Manager
- Mail/Shipments
- Lunch orders, Office/Jobsite Supply Orders & Restock
- Check stuffing
- Device Set Up/IT Service tickets
- Lien Waiver Requests
Hourly Wage: $20-25 an hour, depending on experience.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Basic Requirements- 1 Years of experience
- At least 2-year professional work experience in any field
- Education requirement N/A
- Work authorization:
Authorized to work in the US. - Must possess advanced proficiency with Customer Service
- Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Industry/position knowledge
- Experience with Excel preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Working knowledge of cloud-based filing systems/Box
