As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Operations Coordinator to join our team in Northwest Las Vegas.

Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting front-end patient and client care while ensuring efficient administrative and operational workflow. This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including answering multiple phone lines
  • Coordinate schedules, priorities, and multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, records, and files
  • Apply sound, independent judgment within established policies and procedures
  • Follow and enforce company processes and workflow standards
  • Foster professional relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare partners
  • Work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 years of front office experience (medical office experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proven critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation with current liability insurance
  • Professional Liability Insurance (provided by the company)
