Overview
Job Description: The Executive Assistant proactively anticipates needs to support a variety of administrative functions for an executive leader or team of executive leaders in a time sensitive, accurate, and confidential manner using discretion and professionalism.
Onsite Office location: 6355 S Buffalo Drive, Las Vegas, NV. This position will support 1 full time executive director, as well as 3 Medical Directors and 4 Advanced Practice Directors. This role will support travel arrangements and our appointments need to be managed across time zones. Regional support may require rare travel to SW Utah; all travel expenses are covered per company policy.
EssentialFunctions
- Primary responsibilities include partnering with the leader on task management, project coordination, executive calendar, correspondence, travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, board and meeting management, and support of system service line needs and priorities.
- The Executive Assistant provides advanced support of a technical nature including remote meeting management, facilitation of presentations, management of multimedia needs for the leader(s) and meeting support, and post-meeting support. This individual works as a competent member of the administrative team, willingly providing back up support when appropriate, and actively supporting team goals and priorities.
- The Executive Assistant partners with their assigned leader(s) or designee and serves as a liaison with other internal and external stakeholders including local boards. Under the direction of the leader(s), the caregiver will coordinate special projects and initiatives. Work may be cross functional and involve multiple facilities, sites, and/or service lines/departments.
- This caregiver will create and modify reports and presentations, track and influence performance metrics, and serves as a thought partner to their assigned leader(s). The Executive Assistant may supervise other administrative caregivers.

- Demonstrated experience supporting a director, multiple managers or functional area
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, correspondence, travel/expenses, remote and in-person meetings
- Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including tact, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and professional behavior
- Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities without loss of composure
- Bachelor’s degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
- Experience working in a matrixed healthcare setting
- Leadership experience (e.g., providing training to others on their job duties, coordinating the work of others, coordinating projects, acting as a team lead, and directly supervising others)
- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and assess customer needs.
- Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors requiring verbal communication and accurate comprehension.
- Manual dexterity for manipulating complex and delicate supplies and equipment; frequent computer use for typing and accessing information.
- For roles requiring driving: ability to drive a vehicle, see and read signs and traffic signals.

The hourly range for this position is $26.41 - $40.22, dependent on experience.
