Admissions Coordinator / Benefits Specialist
Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking a reliable Admissions Coordinator / Benefits Specialist to support new patient admissions and ensure benefits are verified and processed accurately.
Pay RangeBase pay: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient intake and admissions paperwork
- Verify insurance benefits and assist families with questions
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Provide compassionate support and excellent customer service to patients and families
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in healthcare admissions, benefits, or insurance preferred
- Ability to work the set schedule (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 12 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Competitive pay ($19-$21/hr)
