The Role
Serves as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO and senior leadership, providing high-level support in scheduling, travel, and communications in a fast-paced environment. Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and operational efficiency while anticipating executive needs and acting as a primary liaison to key stakeholders.

- Manage complex scheduling, meetings, event logistics—including calendar and absence tracking—and compile information to optimize executive productivity.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of executive travel, ensuring preferences are accommodated, expenses tracked, and disruptions addressed proactively.
- Collect, reconcile, and submit business and travel expenses in accordance with financial protocols.
- Manage executive communications, maintain key contact databases, and act as a point of contact for information requests.
- Prepare draft communications and executive summaries and provide regular updates to executives.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven success in an executive-level administrative role, with experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills in complex environments.
- Commitment to inclusivity and appreciation for diverse backgrounds.
- Advanced proficiency in English grammar, spelling, business writing, and Microsoft Office; skilled in handling office technology and communication systems.
- Demonstrates the confidence, professionalism, and executive presence required to represent the CEO and other senior leaders in high-level interactions.
- Proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Proven success in taking a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring details are managed seamlessly to support senior leaders effectively.
