About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant / File Clerk to support the daily operations of our department. This role involves a mix of clerical duties, data entry, file management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn computer software and adapt to new technology.
  • Create and maintain departmental files, both electronic and paper (when necessary).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) when dealing with company/client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Seeking a self‑motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and follow‑through on all tasks.
  • Data entry, document scanning, and printing.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license or state .
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Regular use of hands, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
  • Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
