** Position Summary
** This is a seasonal, entry-level position reporting to the Loan Document Supervisor. The Seasonal Loan Document Clerk is responsible exclusively for the review, reconciliation, logging, and secure filing of Promissory Notes (PNs). This role focuses on ensuring accuracy and proper custodial handling of original promissory notes in accordance with established procedures.
** Essential Functions
** Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
* Receive original Promissory Notes from resorts, clients, and internal departments
* Promissory Review Notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, signatures, and alignment with account details
* Reconcile Promissory Note information against account data to confirm consistency
* Identify discrepancies and route corrections to the appropriate department (e.g., Contracts)
* Log Promissory Notes by updating statuses in the system (e.g., from “At Client” to “Original at RECO”)
* Perform accurate data entry related to Promissory Note tracking
* File original Promissory Notes in secure, fireproof, locked storage in accordance with custodial standards
* Maintain organized numerical and alphabetical filing systems
* Assist with periodic audits of Promissory Note files
* Lift, move, and transport boxes of documents weighing up to
** 20 pounds

* Adhere strictly to established processes, timelines, and documentation requirements
* Maintain confidentiality and security of all loan and member documentation
* Perform other related duties assigned by management within the scope of the roleINT

** Required
Education and Experience
*** High school diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and filing skills
* Ability to perform repetitive review and data-entry tasks with consistency
* Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Bilingual is a plus but not required
