Reception & Store Coordinator at Bucherer 1888's Time Dome flagship store location.

• Answer phones / direct calls / troubleshoot customer issues and provide information.
• Perform morning audits of all receipts to ensure compliance with operations audit.
• Handle tour guide billing.
• Assist with overflow from inventory department (receiving, filing, tagging).
• Route client communications.
• Coordinate messengers and communication in store.
• Process UPS/Fed Ex/Certified Mail – both incoming & outgoing.
• Various admin tasks: mailings, labels, distribute faxes, proofreading.

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration or as a receptionist preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment.
