Job
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Service Repair Department. Assist with departmental tasks and projects as required. Act as a liaison between customer service technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient and timely handling of repair requests. Coordinate the entire service repair process from initial request through completion and collection of customer feedback. Support the Service Repair Administration Supervisor in additional duties as needed.
PrimaryFunctions
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, logistics and inventory to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of SR orders in partnership with the SR team.
- Address all customer inquiries and complaints encompassing matters related to pricing, shipping and product quality.
- Manage parts and materials required for repairs in an effective manner.
- Liaise with the Purchasing department to monitor purchase orders necessary for repair-related parts.
- Execute cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, conduct audits and generate comprehensive inventory reports.
- Uphold exceptional standards of communication and follow-up in high-volume operational settings.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year in administrative positions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Accurate typing and data entry capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with MRP systems is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational competencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
