Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant / File Clerk to support the daily operations of our department. This role involves a mix of clerical duties, data entry, file management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Create and maintain departmental files, both electronic and paper (when necessary).

- 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license or state .
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Regular use of hands, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
- Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
- Dependability and accountability.
- Sound judgment and decision-making.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Creativity and adaptability.
