As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant to join our team.
Position OverviewReporting to the CFO, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of PM Studios’ financial reporting. This individual will own critical components of the month-end close process, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support audits and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules in accordance with GAAP and company policies
- Prepare, review, and record journal entries during the month-end close process
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to understand operational activity and ensure proper financial treatment
- Assist with annual audits, regulatory filings, and budgeting processes
- Contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements
- Execute special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- High level of integrity and sound professional judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
- Experience with Sage, Quickbooks Online, and/or Net Suite preferred
