Job Description

Join our growing Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions (CAAS) team as a Manager-level Accountant, where you'll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality accounting support and strategic insights to our clients. In this position, you will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, serve as the primary point of contact for business owners and stakeholders, and guide a team of junior accountants through training, development, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support clients with accounting, including managing transaction entry, clean-up, and month-end close processes.
• Manage and train junior accountants to foster a high-performance team environment, including provide feedback for growth and development.
• Be the main client contact and person responsible for client service.
• Review monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders.
• Formulate customized solutions for clients based on client data and goals.
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Train and mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
• Review reconciliations, bill payments, payrolls, and sales tax returns.
• Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to proactively advise clients.
• Optimize workflow processes by following best practices to maximize efficiency and reduce errors
• Deliver high-quality work on time, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred
• 10+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Experience serving family offices preferred
• Experience working with real estate management groups preferred
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online
• Experience with Sage Intacct & Xero preferred
• Ability to design and implement efficient, scalable accounting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
