What You'll Do

• Prepare financial statement packages for a portfolio of properties
• Post journal entries to accurately document transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (from AP through financial statements)
• Maintain financial trackers and prepare cash flow reports for property owners
• Partner with Regional Managers, Operations, and property owners on financial data and special reporting requests
• Take on additional accounting tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Property Management accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes (U.S. GAAP and cash basis)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with accounting software and Yardi is required. Entrata experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills-you thrive under deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and excellence

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 - $27.50 per hour, depending on experience
