Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing cannabis hardware company located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the cannabis industry's original recruiting firm and the leading full-service cannabis staffing agency, providing executive search, HR consulting, & temp staffing, coast-to-coast.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help this fast-growing cannabis hardware company perform monthly and annual closing activities. You should have at least 1+ years of experience managing all aspects of accounting. You have experience preparing financial statements and presenting these to management, performing bookkeeping activities, assisting with preparation of forecasting & budgeting, enforcing proper accounting methods, and helping to complete periodic audits, among other duties.

Your exceptional attention to detail allows you to perform account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Ideally you bring with you a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree. You should have at least 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a wholesale environment working with international transactions.
You should have previous experience with Xero, Sage, Quick Books, or other accounting software. The ideal candidate will also be able to speak conversational Mandarin.
