• 2+ years of experience preparing taxes at a CPA firm or Tax practice
• Prior experience working with IRS Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041
• Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible and able to shift priorities
• Strong organizational skills

• The Tax Preparer will handle the preparation of simple and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns.
• Reply to incoming client calls to help with tax questions and set appointments
• Manually arrange transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E‑File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
• Factor in precise data into tax‑software application
• Maintain other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
• Interact with clients to gather needed information/documents
• Real Estate experience preferred
• Be friendly, courteous and tactful with clients at all times and a team player

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $46,342.68 - $50,000.00 per year

  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Tax experience: 2 years (Required)
