Job Description :
As an Accountant at Advance Creation, you will maintain our financial records and contribute to the company's overall economic health. You will collaborate closely with the business owner and leadership team to ensure the timely and thorough execution of all essential accounting responsibilities. You will collaborate with the Chinese accounting team to facilitate discussions on account reconciliation and the processing of international payments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

• Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for business performance evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Support the preparation of audit schedules and assist auditors during financial audits.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Quick Books, or other accounting software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.

• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and forecasting methods.
