Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus commission
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This position is to work as B2B Sales, selling our staffing service in Las Cruces NM. Previous staffing experience is preferred!!
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis to expand our client base.
- Lead negotiations to close deals that align with client needs while maximizing value for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and technical sales to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze sales data for strategic insights.
- Provide leadership in account management by guiding clients through complex solutions and ensuring successful implementation.

Position SummaryThe Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing client relationships within the Las Cruces market. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery, accurate job order management, and consistent communication between clients and recruiting teams. The Account Manager plays a key role in client retention and branch growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage job order intake and clearly communicate client expectations and requirements
- Conduct on-site client visits to maintain strong working relationships
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate staffing fulfillment
- Monitor service performance and address client concerns proactively
- Maintain detailed and accurate client and job order documentation
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Assist in developing new business opportunities within the local market
- Support branch operations and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Previous experience in staffing, account management, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable conducting on-site client visits and building relationships in person
- Professional, dependable, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
