The Sales Professional at French Brothers is responsible for driving sales and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue goals. This results‑driven role requires maintaining strong relationships, following up with all leads, keeping accurate records in Hub Spot, and effectively overcoming objections to close sales.

Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals by actively engaging with potential customers and closing sales by following the French Brothers sales process.
- Follow up with all leads promptly to convert them into potential buyers.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels.
- Track, generate, and manage leads in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑ups and personalized communication.
- Create and maintain strong local relationships with industry professionals to drive referrals, expand the customer base, and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and update Hub Spot daily with accurate information on leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Utilize Hub Spot’s tools to track sales progress, manage the sales pipeline, and generate reports.
- Effectively identify and overcome objections to gain the sale and close deals.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns and demonstrate the value of French Brothers’ offerings.
- Adapt sales approaches based on customer needs and feedback to achieve optimal results.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) determined by our insurance provider.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use the keyboard.
- Continually required to talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand.
- Occasionally required to walk.
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 20 pounds.
- Will be required to travel.
- Must have a smartphone with the ability to download and use required apps for communication and job‑related tasks.
