The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

As a meat cutter and wrapper you will not only cut meat but also take important decisions about the quality, packaging and display of our meat items for our members to eat and feed their families. • Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and uses the Open Door Policy to address issues.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and co‑workers, and recommending improvements.
