Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Assist with non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer customer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors and carriers.
• Operate with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate proven time management skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and respond to operational concerns of all associates while supporting store-specific objectives.
• Specific positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Must be cooperative with other Associates, vendors, and carriers.
• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to stay focused on store objectives while supporting operational responsibilities.
