• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales benefits.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
