The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
