• Coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and other team members to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
• Maintain constant communication between all nursing areas and the registration area to facilitate a smooth patient throughput.
• Provide basic direct patient care as needed.
• Insert PICC lines when ordered; access Hickman catheters and port‑a‑Cath lines as needed.
• Respond to in‑hospital emergencies and guide appropriate outcomes.
• Treat patients and families with respect and dignity.
• Round on all post‑surgical or procedural patients, provide education for staff, and assist physicians with procedures.
• Report all incidents or unusual events to the director or supervisor.
• Provide moderate sedation when required; practice within the scope of RN practice.

Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt, benefited position. Work hours are general business hours, mostly Monday‑Friday.

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
