Registered Nurse Wound Care

Position Summary

Vivian Concierge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care to work in a 5‑bed wound care unit at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Base pay range: $23.72/hr - $42.11/hr
. Full‑time position with shift differentials and potential sign‑on bonus up to $20,000
, depending on qualifications and experience.

Provide compassionate care to wound care patients in collaboration with a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Hyperbaric Chamber Operators, LPNs and CMAs. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain a 3:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. Serve as a patient‑care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys and leveraging cutting‑edge technology to impact patient wellbeing.

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
