At Memorial Medical Center, you’ll provide skilled care in an 18‑bed semi‑private Observation unit on the 5th floor, helping patients quickly transition to inpatient or outpatient care.

• Utilize plan‑of‑care interventions to support patient healing.
• Serve as a patient‑care innovator and shape individual patient journeys.
• Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to expedite admission or discharge decisions.
• Provide compassionate care and maintain high‑quality patient care standards.

• $20,000 sign‑on bonus (subject to qualifications).

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (within six months of hire).
