We are actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to join a well-established, outpatient wound care practice. Position Highlights:- 100% outpatient wound care practice

- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, and post-surgical wounds
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and ongoing treatment planning
- Conduct wound care procedures, including debridement (training provided as needed)
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based wound treatment plans
- Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and long‑term healing goals
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant)
- Active New Mexico license or eligibility for licensure
- Spanish-speaking required
- Prior wound care experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based environment
- First-year salary starting at $120,000, negotiable based on experience
