We are actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to join a well-established, outpatient wound care practice. • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, venous ulcers, and post-surgical wounds
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and ongoing treatment planning
• Conduct wound care procedures, including debridement (training provided as needed)
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based wound treatment plans
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and long‑term healing goals
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant)
• Active New Mexico license or eligibility for licensure
• Spanish-speaking required
• Prior wound care experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based environment

• First-year salary starting at $120,000, negotiable based on experience
