Job Summary

Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Administration, the Program Manager monitors and coordinates the activities of the assigned Patient Management Team in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor, complying with established utilization of services and equipment.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.
• Self‑initiating and adaptable; able to communicate with a variety of staff members.
• Follow directions well and communicate effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with high attention to detail.
• Strong math skills and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic understanding of IBM computers, Windows, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, a variety of spreadsheet programs; RAMS MIS system a plus.
• Knowledge in health management and service delivery.
• Knowledge of and experience with the poverty level population and lifestyles.

• Associate’s degree (minimum 2 years college) plus one year experience in a similar position or high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years experience in a similar position. Must have minimum one year experience in a supervisory role.
• Consistently establish positive working relationships, communicate, and work cooperatively with clients, staff, colleagues, and community members.
• Thorough knowledge and use of community resources, agency services, and requirements of funding systems.
