Position: Director 2 - Facilities Operations
** Role Overview*
* Sodexo is now hiring Director Facilities-Housing Director for New Mexico State University supporting 3,000 units on site. Our successful candidate will have experience using the Star Rez and UKG Software systems and have strong financial acumen. This role will lead 150 full time employees and 3 associate directors. Strong Professional polish to manage effective communication with our C Suite level clients is required for success in the role.

** What You'll Do*
* + Resolve student conflicts

+ Manage team of 150 full time employees and 3 associate directors

+ Present to C Suite level clients on topics to improve the student experience while living on campus
