Overview
Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Director ICU! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for directing all aspects of the Intensive Care Unit including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity. Reports to the CNO.
Qualifications- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years healthcare experience within ana cute care setting.
- 3+ years’ experience in a acute care setting leadership role.
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required.
- Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
