Senior Director (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership in driving quality outcomes, clinical performance, and patient care excellence. • Provide executive‑level leadership and direction to support hospital clinical and quality goals.
• Build, develop, and lead teams focused on quality improvement initiatives, performance metrics, and patient safety.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure care delivery aligns with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and overall care standards.
• Support quality programs, data‑driven decision making, audits, and compliance‑driven initiatives.
• Establish effective communication and engagement with internal clinical staff and leadership.

• Active (or eligible) New Mexico RN License (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) (required)
• 7+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Advanced degree strongly preferred:
  • MSN
  • Healthcare Administration
  • MBA
