Were seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Emergency Services to lead the strategic, clinical, and operational functions of a fast-paced emergency department in Las Cruces, New Mexico
. In this senior leadership role, you'll oversee ED performance, manage clinical teams, and drive quality-focused initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Required QualificationsCurrent (or eligible)
New Mexico RN licenseBachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Seven years of healthcare experience, with at least three years in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing clinical teams
Knowledge of emergency department operations, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, MBA, or related field
Experience in a for-profit hospital environment
Background in building quality-focused teams and improving departmental metrics
Experience facilitating collaboration between hospital departments and provider groups
