OverviewThe Director of Emergency Services provides leadership and operational oversight for the Emergency Department, driving quality initiatives, patient safety, and team performance.
Requirements- 7+ years healthcare experience with 3+ years in leadership
- BSN required (MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred)
- Experience in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience collaborating with hospital providers and medical staff
