What You’ll Do- Serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, creating an exceptional experience.
- Register patients, manage wait times, and maintain a warm, inviting reception area.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via messaging.
- Gather, double‑check, and process patient information, forms, and payments.
- Schedule appointments, maintain records, and support providers for a seamless experience.

Qualifications / Experience- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. No visa sponsorship.
Physical Requirements
Medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environments — exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
