Job Summary

The CCSS Worker coordinates and provides services and resources to individuals and families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation, and resiliency. The CCSS Works address goals specifically in parenting skills, training and behavior management, independent living, learning, socializing, and recreation.

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field from an accredited university AND one year of relevant experience with the target population.
  • Associate’s degree AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the target population.
  • High school graduate or GED AND a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with the target population.
  • Certified as a Peer or Family Specialist.
  • Valid NM driver’s license and current automobile insurance with a clean driving record.
  • Willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – a plus.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • T.B. Test, physical exam, and drug testing.
  • Must comply with a criminal background check required to work with children, including Fingerprint Clearance.
