How

You’ll Contribute
  • Perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
  • Perform and oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student({ engagements [sic] }).
  • Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitor usage, and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies.
  • Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Ensure department stays focused on its important role in the continuum of care.
Schedule

This position is a full‑time position. Working hours are day shift general business hours, 40 hours per week.
