• Supporting children, adults, and families as they work toward personal goals
• Helping clients build life skills, confidence, and independence
• Connecting people to community resources like housing, education, employment, and healthcare
• Advocating for clients and helping them navigate systems (yes, even the tricky ones)
• Collaborating with schools, providers, and community partners
• Showing up with compassion, encouragement, and a belief that people can thrive

No two days look the same and that s part of the magic.

• A bachelor s degree in a related field (Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or similar)
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping others
• Cultural awareness, empathy, and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and comfort working in the community
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
