Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice with a focus on hand therapy. If you have a heart for patient-centered care and a desire to develop your skills in upper extremity rehabilitation, this is the opportunity for you. Hand therapy training will be provided, and CHT certification is encouraged but not required.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions, including post-surgical and non-operative cases.
Collaborate with referring physicians and the broader therapy team to develop customized care plans.
Document progress using industry-standard EMR systems.
Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and the recovery process.
Maintain a Christ-like approach to professionalism, empathy, and excellence in care.
Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L), licensed in the state of New Mexico or eligible.
New graduates welcome! Previous hand therapy experience is a plus but not required.
Willingness to train in and pursue advanced hand therapy skills and certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical practice and servant-hearted leadership.
