Salary: $80,000.00–$96,800.00
Job SummaryThe clinical director is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical director will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non‑independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical director may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

- Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow‑up and closure.

- Knowledge of developmental needs of population served.
- Knowledge of methods of clinical supervision.
- Knowledge of program regulations, established agency policy and procedure, and applicable government or program contracts.
- Displays ability to act as a liaison and spokesperson with leadership, organizations, the community, and other agencies.
- Engages in program evaluation and process improvement as noted in quality reviews.
- Exhibits leadership skills.
- Must have basic understanding of computers, software, Microsoft Office, various spreadsheet programs, electronic health records.
- Thorough knowledge and use of community resources, agency services, and requirements of funding systems.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
- Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Have a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
