Job Description - Physical Therapist PRN-Rehab Services ) (1611834) at Memorial Medical Center.

Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities. In accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Memorial Medical Center policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care. Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

The Physical Therapist provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric age groups.

• Maintains positive interaction with facilities and clients; enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Provides services to patients across the life span (newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric age groups).

• Minimum Education:
  
  B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required as the minimum level of education.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  One year previous experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Certification/Licensure:
  Current Physical Therapy license from the New Mexico State Board required. CPR required.
