Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
• Proficiency in managing oncology and hematology patients
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably MosiaQ
• Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment

• Experience with clinical research and participation in trials
• Familiarity with COC-accredited cancer centers
• Multilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
• Prior experience with multidisciplinary tumor boards

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  
  -Completion of fellowship in Hematology and Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in oncology or hematology preferred

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including full coverage 5 days per week
• Willingness to participate in weekend call responsibilities (24-hour coverage)
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel, including new and follow-up patients
• Willingness to participate in clinical trials and multidisciplinary meetings
• Must have or be eligible for licensure and certification to practice in the designated area
• Compensation includes licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursable expenses as applicable
