Either Head Office, Belfast OR North West Office, Derry/Londonderry The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of capital investment programmes across the Associations existing housing stock. This includes managing multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, regulatory standards, and tenant needs.
