Quest Smart Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client
, a domiciliary care provider based in Larne
, for the Registered Manager position
.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff management, and quality assurance, reporting to the service provider’s Director.
The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the safe, effective delivery of domiciliary care services.
- Ensure full compliance with RQIA regulations and standards.
- Manage and support care staff, including recruitment, supervision, training, and rotas.
- Oversee safeguarding, medication management, risk assessments, and care planning.
- Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and document compliance.
- Liaise with service users, families, professionals, and regulators
- Prepare the service for inspection and drive continuous quality improvement.
Applicants must meet one of the following eligibility routes
, in line with RQIA requirements:
- A professional Social Work qualification registered with NISCC, or
- First-level Registered Nurse registered with the NMC, or
- An Allied Health Professional registered with the HCPC,
- and
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a health or social care setting, including at least 2 years in an operational management role.
OR
Route B- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (Adult Management) (NI & Wales),
- and
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health or social care setting, including at least 2 years in an operational management role.
- Registered with NISCC (mandatory)
- Eligible and willing to register with RQIA as a Registered Manager
- Strong knowledge of NI health and social care regulations
- Proven leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Right to work in the UK.
