Estimator / Senior Estimator Toome We are working with a growing NI business to recruit for their new Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. Leading tender submission across a wide range of construction projects, your duties will include;
Preparation and management of accurate, competitive tenders across industrial, commercial, and bespoke building projects. Price Design & Build tenders from first principles using measurement and unit rates Obtain, review, and incorporate subcontractor quotations in the most commercially suitable way Understand tender requirements under various contracts (JCT, NEC) and provide commercial risk assessments Present tender submissions to senior management with advice on risks and opportunities Ensure tenders are submitted on time, to high quality, and within profitability targets What we are looking for.

Estimating experience gained within the construction industry, to include design & build projects Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Confident IT skills across MS Office suite In return you can expect an excellent package, pension plan, health insurance and genuine career and professional development opportunities.
