Part-Time Accounts Administrator
- Belfast Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successfully organisation based in Belfast. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Part-Time Finance Assistant to join their team. This position has come about as a member of staff will be retiring, and a thorough handover period will be offered to the successful applicant. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator, who is available 20 hours per week, and they are flexible regarding working patterns.

Hybrid working may also be on offer for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collating financial data and working closely with the Accounts Team based in Dublin Invoice processing Supplier statement reconciliations Cash allocations Bank reconciliations Credit control duties General administrative duties Criteria: A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an account's role IT Proficient to include MS Excel Available for part time/ 20 hours per week. This position is offering £15- £17 per annum dependent on experience.
