A nonprofit healthcare provider is seeking a Hospice Triage RN to assess the needs of hospice patients and families while coordinating necessary care. This full-time role involves receiving incoming calls, managing pain and symptoms, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team to facilitate patient care. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and significant experience in hospice or palliative care.

The pay range is $51.40 - $64.30 per hour and follows a Tuesday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
