Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst – Business Planning & Analysis

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) team. This role supports Commercial Finance functions (Sales, Marketing & Innovation) and plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly variance reports for Sales, Trade Spend, and Gross Margin.
• Analyze performance drivers and support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage Net Sales planning and forecasting models for annual and ongoing cycles.
• Oversee Marketing Budget tracking and ROI analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects for Commercial Finance leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial or business analysis (CPG experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel; experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
